The Wonderful World Around Us

Between yesterday, last night, and today,

I think I have been to heaven.

In real life this plant is so perfect-it looks fake.

It's really shiny to where it looks like plastic.

Last night was AMAZING-the sunset was breath taking.

Jinksy-I post so many pictures of him,

so I'm going to do a post inside a post right here.

He is a breed that I have never heard of-it's Bombay.

He is all black except for this really small white patch on his chest.

He is basically a walking, meowing, piece of satin.

Jinks (what we call him for short) has a curly tail, it's so cute.

We won't let him leave the house cause we just can't risk him getting hurt.

These are sugar coated walnuts - yummo. I ate about half of them today .

I need an endless bowl of them and it still wouldn't be enough.

The Best Day in the History of the World

Okay, first off, how do you guys like the new look?

I did changes on Blogger's new template designer, it's really great, they have so many new options.

Today has officially been the most gorgeous day ever (at least in my book).

With all of this rain we've had, everything looks amazing.

This flower is on my Top Ten list.

Marmie has about every color they come in.

Meet Buddy the Rooster, I adore hearing him crow at mid-day.

He is beautiful (handsome) I think he and Fifi would make gorgeous babies.

Sedum-I have it in my little garden. I love, love, love all kinds of little, low lying plants.

Today I got a HUGE start of woolly thyme. Oh happy day :)

What a Relaxing Week

Mia is here again, YAY!!

She is back and we went camping at The Dunes.

Before we went, I gave her some highlights

Little Jinksy, I just want to be engulfed by his warmth and softness.

His daily schedule-sleep, eat, sleep.

Marmie, as always outside working,

getting all the plants in the ground. so we have been on this odd roll of getting the plants, and the getting them in on the same day. It's wonderful.

And basically me being Marmie's shadow, I was working in my garden.

SUMMER

Summer is here. It's about time!

This is me and my bff (best friend forever) Mia, I have known her since 3rd grade.

She is fun, funny, and fun to be with.

She is soooooo busy - I can't stress it enough, so it's great to see her when I get the chance.

Another tree photo, I don't know what it is about this angle and trees that I love so much.

This is a bird bath in the back garden, I love how the tree is the focal point of this picture.

It seems so dreamy.
